I had so much fun on Friday! It is the Kids last day of Spring Break. The only way that you know a kid wants to spend that is being dragged to multiple Antique Stores, by your Mom, to find old Pictures! Well they were so thrilled. I found this little girl at the last store I went to. I knew She was Perfect!
This Time I wanted my Fairy to be a tad different.I bought Clear Stamps of different kinds of wings. I took subtle patterned Pink Scrapbooking paper and stamped the paper. I Colored Copy the picture again and cut around the stamped wings and the color copy of the girl. I used glitter and markers and ink to highlighter her edges. Well I thought she would look good with a waterfall. So I put her kind of appearing to sit/hover over the Fall.
Thank You for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed your Visit. Come Back Really Soon and Have a Great Day!

Too cute and so creative! Can't wait to see all the things you post here on your new blog. I also can't wait until school is out so I have more time for reading blogs!
Check out the reading challenge at A Southern Daydreamer Reads for fun with your reading "habit" - you can find the link on my blog.

Happy Pink saturday.
Hugs & Blessings,

I love this fairy, too! The settings look very Victorian to me, since they were often out in untamed nature themselves, even just for picnics.
Thank you for your comments!

This one is looking GREAT, and how nice to have a matching email button (snicker). Seriously, well done on a great blog. This is definitely YOU.
Your fairy art is lovely. You are very fortunate to be able to find such fabulous photos to use in your artwork, Guernsey is in short supply. Thankyou for sharing and have a wonderful week.
I want to visit this enchanted forest with a waterfall that attracts little pink fairies. You have created a beautiful fantasy. How charming!

Wow, I am so impressed you got your kids to come with you...mine don't have much of a choice, but I think my two year old would much rather be at the park...or McDonalds!
